Clinical Coordinator Program

How organized are your agency’s training records?
How compliant is your agency with mandatory training requirements?

ETC can help with these questions and more. We have developed a Clinical Coordinator Program to assist EMS and Fire agencies with their training requirements. 

ETC will:

 
  • Maintain training records for all staff
  • Track all internal and external training, including CEU and non CEU classes, Fire training, CPR, OSHA, AED, HazMat, conferences and any other training attended
  • Provide monthly reports to agency leadership on upcoming expiration dates
  • Notify staff of impending expirations and CEU status
  • Provide annual training transcripts for all staff
  • Provide annual reports to agency on total training hours and events
  • Provide instant training status reports on request
  • Document and maintain mandatory training records as dictated by the agency
  • Offer training classes to meet mandatory requirements, if desired by agency
  • Find training opportunities as requested
  • Perform clinical research finding articles and literature on questions of interest
