2008 COSTS FOR STUDENTS

NJ VOLUNTEER EMTs (Eligible for the Training Fund)
We accept the training fund as payment in full.  Please bring an eligibility form, signed by your Chief or Training Officer to class with you.  You can access the form using the links below.

Medical/Operations Classes (cost per student)
Core 13 EMT Refresher $120
EMS Officer $120
PEPP $120
GEMS $120
BTLS $150
BDLS (Basic Disaster Life Support) $120
Other Medical Classes (3 CEUs) $20
Haz-Mat Awareness $25
Haz-Mat Operations $50
CBRNE Awareness/Operations $25

Rescue Classes (cost per student)
2 day Extrication/Rescue Class (Basic, Advanced Programs): $150
1 day Extrication/Rescue Class:    $100
Low Angle/Stairway Belay $100
Confined Space Awareness $25
Water Rescue Awareness $25
Water Rescue Operations $150

For volunteer departments, we accept the training fund as payment in full, but non-eligible students and non-EMTs must pay the per student rate.  This is different from our medical classes, as we need additional instructors and equipment.
 


2008 COSTS FOR AGENCIES

NJ VOLUNTEER AGENCIES
(Eligible for the Training Fund)

We accept the training fund as payment in full for classes, provided that a minimum number of 10 students attend. 


PAID/NON-ELIGIBLE AGENCIES
The costs below are to host a class at your agency for your members
 
Medical Classes (Cost per class, not per person)
2 - 4 CEU classes: $250
Complete First Responder (50 hrs.) $2000 for up to 10 students, $150 ea add’l
Other Classes (PEPP, GEMS, BTLS, Core 13,  etc.) Contact us for pricing

For medical classes, the above rates can be reduced for the host agency if outside EMS providers that are eligible for the training fund enroll. 
 

Rescue Classes (Cost per class, not per person)
2 day Extrication/Rescue Class (Basic, Advanced Programs): $1500
1 day Extrication/Rescue Class:    $1000

(Rates may be increased for larger classes so additional instructors can be brought in.)

Extrication classes include up to 20 members at the above rates for paid departments.
