Dr. Lavelle and ETC's consultants are able to provide consulting services throughout the country. For facilities greater than 100 miles from Philadelphia, PA, travel costs apply, and are negotiated in advance.

Mass Prophylaxis/Vaccination Program
ETC Staff can design and author a plan for Mass Prophylaxis, either for hospital staff only, or also including the general public. Can be activated either by Federal Government or internally for a smaller event. Cost starts at $3000 and includes on-site visits and meetings with key staff. Draft submission and revision included.

Hazardous Materials/Patient Decontamination
ETC Staff will review current decontamination equipment, training and abilities, and make recommendations compliant with national standards, regulations and evidence based literature. A comprehensive SOP will be authored and draft submitted with revision included. Cost starts at $5000 and includes on-site visits, equipment inventory and meetings with key staff. Training sessions for staff and/or decontamination team can be added.

Disaster Plan Revision
ETC Staff will review current Disaster Plan for consistency with national standards, recommendations and evidence based literature. A review of recent events and case studies (local or national) is done to improve situational response. Plan emphasizes ease of use during an event by utilizing bulleted Job Action Sheets and hyperlinked document for intranet publication.
